The Pumphouse building has major heritage significance and contains the hydraulic water tanks that were used to drive the hydraulic lifts in Sussex St Sydney. The building lay derelict for many years until MULPHA Australia planned to redevelop the site. ONE AI were instrumental in converting the Pumphouse into a bar that has given the building a new lease on life and become an iconic venue.
